Sleeping Hour of Human Being

Sleeping is the important for the human health. To remain fresh and healthy human being need to sleep. But there is no measurement of sleeping, how many hours did people sleep. There are several reasons which make our sleep disturbed. Drinking habit, coffee, light, and alarm makes our sleep unscheduled. National sleep foundation of America has given the schedule for the human being. National sleep foundation of America has suggested the sleeping hour to people which makes them healthy. Here in the below the schedule is given: 3 months baby: 14-17 hours 4-11 months: 12-13 hours 1-2 years: 11- 14 hours 3-5 years: 10-13 hours 6-13 years: 9-11 hours 14-17 years: 8-10 hours 18-25 years: 7-9 hours 26-64 years: 7-9 hours 64 above: 7-9 hours. The foundation also gives the suggestion that makes their sleep healthy. Here are the tips given by the foundation: -Make timetable to sleep -keep calm the mind and heart -do exercise regularly -maintain voice, light, in the room -comfortable bed -no drink -close the electric devices in the sleeping room
